Please note that wood products may vary in stave quantities due to the differing thicknesses of lumber in each bunk and the width of the product.

For clarification:
– Total Depth refers to the overall distance from the front to the back of the tread.
– Nosing Depth indicates the overhang size at the front of the tread.
– Width denotes the distance between the left and right sides of the tread, excluding the returned edging material.
– Body Thickness defaults to our ½” standard on Replacement Treads, designed to be placed on top of construction treads.
– Nosing Thickness determines the overhang on the tread’s front edge.

Returns provide a finished look and conceal end grains. Choose from Left, Right, or Double configurations based on your needs.

Double Return stair treads are necessary when both edges of the tread are exposed, requiring a special measurement called the “throat cut.”
